If you create an account: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
If you take an exam: your name, phone number, organization/employer, designation, and place — entered before the exam starts — along with your answers and score, used to generate your certificate. You can take an exam without creating an account; in that case only this exam-specific information is collected.
If you contact us, leave feedback, or submit an enquiry: your name, email, phone (optional), and the message you send us.
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and these cookies are never read by any script — only by our server.
access_token / refresh_token — keeps you signed in to your account.admin_access_token / admin_refresh_token — same, for the admin panel.device_trust — remembers a trusted admin device to reduce repeat verification.We use Gmail SMTPto send verification codes, certificates, and account emails — your name and email pass through Google's mail servers only to deliver these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or any other third party. All account and exam data is stored on our own database; we do not use any third-party cloud storage or analytics service at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Exam and certificate records are retained indefinitely, since certificates may need to be verified years later. Contact, enquiry, and feedback submissions are retained to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. If you delete your account (see below), your data is no longer visible to you or usable to sign back in with the same details.
You can see the personal data linked to your account, and request its deletion, at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account immediately signs you out and disables that login — you would need to sign up again to use the platform.
